Your Brand Is Important To Us

WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO REACH OUT TO THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY:
As a niche market segment, the LGBTQ community has a significant amount of disposable income.  Most importantly, their dollars go to product and service suppliers that recognize their unique buying preferences and offer them differentiated value.

The Pink Banana Media's 2009 Gay Market Report, shows that the fact remains that the LGBTQ community makes up a huge amount of the market share.  In 2008, standings showed nearly a $712 billion per year market.  According to Witeck-Combs Communications, in 2009 that number jumped to $759 billion, and is expected to increase to $835 billion by 2011.

The magnitude these numbers have on the bottom line of any company that seeks to reach out and expand its market to the LGBTQ community is phenomenal.  The numbers are endless, and many companies will be adding zeroes to their earnings spreadsheets.  This is exactly why so many companies are now turning to the LGBTQ community to generate revenue and is why you should as well.

The 2009 Gay Market Report also states that, "70% of LGBT adults are likely to consider brands that support nonprofits and causes important to LGBT consumers," and "in 2008, of the 3,822 Gay and Lesbian consumers surveyed, 86% preferred to do business with companies that gave back in terms of community support and involvement."  Needless to say, our community is very loyal when businesses and organizations reach out to us and take good care of our unique community.

The LGBTQ community is estimated at 15 million people in the United States alone, with a $712 billion per year demographic that appeals strongly to many companies in various industries.  Our commmunity welcomes companies that take that extra step in marketing to us, companies that also support causes aimed at improving and advancing our lives and rights.

WHY IT'S BENEFICIAL TO ADVERTISE IN THE PRIDE PAGES:
We work around the clock to help build your business or organization and generate revenue for your company.  We strive to create more visibility for our advertisers.  We've made major changes this year to do just that by not only printing our advertisers in our publication, but also bringing them into the tech world with our sophisticated online directory and our new mobile app.  However, we wouldn't be doing our job if we stopped there.  We are constantly looking for new ways to put our advertisers on the map and give them multiple ways to reach out to our community.

The Pride Pages makes a conscious effort to attend great causes and events, most of which are hosted by our advertisers.  We believe that building strong relationships with our advertisers and the LGBTQ community will only make our community thrive and grow.  We are dedicated to the success of our community and the businesses that support us.
